Sigenergy M1 100kW Hybrid Inverter with SigenStack 168kWh (14x12kWh)
Sigenergy M1 hybrid inverter with SigenStack — 100 kW of inverter and 168.84 kWh of storage, bought as one line.
A storage package is the parts of a system bought as one line rather than six: the inverter or controller, the battery, and the pieces that join them. The Package Contents block on this page is the definitive list of what ships.

About the Sigenergy M1 hybrid inverter with SigenStack
This is the commercial end of the Sigenergy range: an M1 HYA three-phase hybrid inverter with a SigenStack battery behind it, plus the base units, the battery controller, the stack covers where a second stack is used, and the 4G communication module.
SigenStack carries its own fire suppression — aerosol, a smoke sensor and an exhaust system — is IP66, and needs no routine maintenance, which is what makes it viable on a site with no one to look after it.
Which inverter will run this battery?
This is a commercial system: the M1 HYA inverter, the SigenStack battery controller, base units and BAT 12.0 modules.
Everything here is matched to everything else, and the whole system is commissioned as one. The battery controller in every size is the M2-0.5C BOOST; the modules are BAT 12.0, seven to a stack.
Stack rules, cabling and what else the job needs
The details that decide whether this battery suits the system:
- The Package Contents block is the definitive list, and it is not the same at every size. A system of seven modules or fewer is one stack and needs only the MAIN base; every stack after the first adds a SUB base unit and a stack cover, which is why the larger packages carry more parts.
- Modules are BAT 12.0 at 12.06 kWh each, seven to a stack, four to twenty-one per system.
- The M2-0.5C BOOST controller moves up to 180 A to and from the inverter on a 550 – 1,100 V window.
- Floor standing, and heavy: a seven-module stack with base and controller is 829 kg. Check the floor loading and the route in.
- IP66, smart air cooled, under 70 dB, −20 to +55 °C.
Where this battery earns its place
The M1 hybrid inverter with SigenStack is specified most often for these jobs.

Questions we get asked about this inverter
How much storage is in it?
It depends on the size. The modules are BAT 12.0 at 12.06 kWh each, so the range runs from four modules (48.24 kWh) to twenty-one (253.26 kWh). The figure for this package is in the specification below.
Can it be expanded?
Yes, to twenty-one modules per system, seven to a stack.
What inverter is in the package?
A Sigen M1 HYA three-phase hybrid, sized to the package — 50, 60, 80, 100 or 125 kW. The Package Contents block lists everything else that ships.
Does it need a data logger?
No. The M1's EMS is built in and up to 100 inverters can be paralleled without one. The 4G communication module in this package is for remote monitoring.
