Please note that this inverter does not include a data logger, CT, meter or export power manager. The meter "SOL-METER-3PH-CT3" is needed for export power control of one inverter, for more than one inverter use the EPM3-5G-PLUS. The most powerful inverter in the 37 kg S5-GC 25–40 kW case. It can run 60 kW of panels, so it suits larger commercial roofs where one inverter should do the work.
Filling 60 kW of PV
Four MPPTs each take two strings, 32 A combined per tracker and 50 A short-circuit. The window is 200–1,000 V, with start-up at 180 V and 1,100 V as the absolute limit. Solis quotes a DC/AC ratio over 150% for the range. One route to 60 kW is 120 panels of 500 W as eight strings of fifteen, after a cold-weather voltage check.

Grid connection
Rated output current is 57.7 A per phase at 400 V, with a 66.9 A maximum. Confirm the supply can carry it and submit the G99 application first. Certificates, including the G99 Form A2-3 for 40 kW, are in the Documents tab.
