Please note that this inverter does not include a data logger, CT, meter or export power manager. The meter "SOL-METER-3PH-CT3" is needed for export power control of one inverter, for more than one inverter use the EPM3-5G-PLUS. The meter requires a data logging stick but EPM3-5G-PLUS has a built in data logger. These items are sold separately.Four trackers from 36 kW
The 36 kW adds a fourth tracker to the S5 GC design. That helps on roofs with several orientations or shading patterns, such as industrial units with multiple pitches.
Eight strings, four trackers
Each of the four MPPTs takes two strings, up to 32 A combined and 50 A short-circuit. The working range is 200–1,000 V, start-up is 180 V and the input limit is 1,100 V. Solis recommends up to 54 kW of PV. One layout is 108 panels of 500 W as eight strings, some of thirteen and some of fourteen, keeping each tracker's pair matched.
