Sigenergy 5kW Solar Kit with 9kWh Battery and 12 x 540W Solar Panels

A complete 6.48 kWp solar and 9 kWh battery kit for a single-phase home on a plain-tile roof, built around the Sigenergy Sigenstor Energy Controller 5.0 kW Single Phase. Every part from the roof to the consumer unit is listed below, checked by our configurator.

What's in the kit

• The AC cable from the inverter to the AC isolator, generation meter and consumer unit (we don't sell general AC cable): 3-core, sized by your electrician for the ~22 A output and the run length.
• Installation, scaffolding and the G99 application

Design checks

• String voltage 294 V on the coldest day, under the inverter's 600 V limit
• 6.48 kWp on a 5 kW inverter, a 1.30 ratio, inside the tool's limits
• Battery approved by the tool for this inverter
• One mounting brand across the roof, as MCS 012 requires
• Over 16 A per phase, so a G99 application goes in before fitting
• Every run covered from the roof to the consumer unit
