The wall-mount kit suits the small installation — a single-phase house with one or two battery modules, on a wall, off the floor and out of the way. Two modules is the ceiling, and it is a real limit rather than a recommendation.
The ground-mount kit with adjustable levelling feet is the answer everywhere else: taller stacks, garage floors that are not flat, and any site where the wall cannot be trusted with the weight.
Get this decision made before the survey is signed off. Changing it afterwards means a different kit, different fixings and often a different position in the room.
