JinkoSolar 420W Tiger Neo N-Type TOPCon 54 Cell Black Frame JK03M Solar Panel

The JinkoSolar Tiger Neo 420 W is an N-type mono-crystalline solar panel. It delivers 21.5 % module efficiency from a 1,722 × 1,134 mm frame.

NOTICE: JK03M connectors are not compatible or tested with MC4 - we do not recommend mixing these connectors. Replacing JK03M connectors with MC4 connectors will not invalidate the warranty of the module as long as they are cut and crimped appropriately using the correct crimping tools.

About the JinkoSolar Tiger Neo range

Tiger Neo is JinkoSolar's mainstream n-type range, rated by the manufacturer for lower first-year and annual degradation than p-type modules and for better output in the low, diffuse light that makes up much of the UK's annual irradiance.

At 1,722 × 1,134 mm it is a residential-format module, sized to fit the rafter spans and roof planes of a standard UK house.

Why installers specify this panel

  • −0.30 %/°C power temperature coefficient — output falls away more slowly as the modules heat up through the middle of the day.
  • All-black appearance — a black anodised frame and dark cells, for domestic roofs where the array has to be discreet.
  • 0 to +3 % power tolerance — every module is sorted to meet or beat its 420 W nameplate rating.

Each panel covers 1.95 m². A 4 kWp array needs 10 of them (4.20 kWp over about 20 m²). A 6 kWp array needs 14 of them (5.88 kWp over about 27 m²). Each module weighs 22.0 kg.

About JinkoSolar

JinkoSolar is one of the world's largest module manufacturers. Its Tiger Neo range is built on n-type TOPCon cells with the company's HOT 3.0 process, which it rates for lower LID and LeTID degradation, better low-light output and an anti-PID guarantee, with certified salt-mist and ammonia resistance for coastal and agricultural sites.
