Ideal Control Box for HP290

The Ideal Control Box for HP290 is a heat pump control box. Compatible with the Ideal HP290 heat pump range.

The control box is the hub of an HP290 system, bringing all the electrical connections to one central location and carrying the controller. It is hybrid and cascade ready — it can bring the HP290 together with a boiler, or with a second HP290 — works with radiator and underfloor systems and more than one heating zone, and gives the end user daily, weekly and annual performance monitoring.

This is the standalone control box, for installations that are not using one of Ideal's pre-plumbed cylinders — those already have it factory fitted.
