The Ideal Halo Air RF 2 Zone for Logic Air is a programmable room thermostat. Compatible with the Ideal Logic Air heat pump range.

Halo Air is Ideal's programmable room thermostat for the Logic Air, communicating with the heat pump over its own wireless link rather than a simple switched live. That is what allows load compensating control: the thermostat and the heat pump agree on a flow temperature together, so the heat pump runs longer and cooler instead of cycling hard to a fixed setpoint. Flow temperature is the single biggest lever on a heat pump's running cost, so how the thermostat talks to it matters more than it would on a boiler.
