Every Fox battery ships with the interlink cables for connecting one battery to the next. What it does not ship with is the cable to the charger, and that is what the LV5200 pack is.
About the Fox ESS Battery cable packs
Its quantity rule is the part people get wrong. On a 5 kW or smaller system, one pack covers the whole installation up to four batteries. On anything larger than 5 kW, it is one pack per battery.
The pack contains a 2 m power cable set, positive and negative, with the applicable connector, and a 3 m RJ45 communication cable.
The HV2600 1 m pack is a different problem. It is a longer version of the standard interlink, for when HV2600 batteries are mounted side by side on a wall bracket and the supplied cable will not bridge the gap.

This is the cables between a Fox battery and its charger, or between batteries set apart.
Match the pack to the battery. The LV5200 pack connects the battery to the charger; the HV2600 1 m pack is a longer interlink for batteries mounted side by side rather than stacked.

The details that decide whether this suits the system:
- LV5200 pack: one per system on a 5 kW or smaller system, up to four batteries. One pack per BATTERY on anything larger than 5 kW.
- LV5200 pack contents: 1 × 2 m power cable set (positive and negative) with the applicable connector, and 1 × 3 m RJ45 communication cable.
- Each battery already includes the interlink cables for parallel connection to another battery. The LV5200 pack is for connecting to the charger.
- The HV2600 1 m pack is the longer interlink, recommended when HV2600 batteries are installed side by side using a wall-mounted bracket.
- Register the installation with Fox ESS online to activate the 10-year product warranty. Without registration it is 5 years as standard.
