Enphase MI frame mount 35 mm — Enphase Frame mount, 35 mm.
A frame mount fixes an Enphase microinverter directly to the module frame instead of to the mounting rail. It is the answer where the rail layout leaves nowhere sensible to hang the unit, and it keeps the microinverter shaded under the module.
It makes Enphase microinverters workable on railless and ballasted systems, where there is no rail to hang a unit from. It also changes the order of work: the microinverters can be bolted to the module frames on the ground and the complete assembly carried up as one, which is faster and safer than fixing units at height.
Fewer parts than most frame-mount solutions, and anodised aluminium so it does not corrode on a roof for twenty-five years.
