The Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu6 455 W is a TOPCon solar panel. TOPCon cells add a passivated contact layer behind the silicon, cutting the recombination losses that limit older PERC modules. It delivers 22.8 % module efficiency from a 1,762 × 1,134 mm frame.
About the Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu6 range
TOPBiHiKu6 is Canadian Solar's bifacial TOPCon module, glass-glass front and back so the rear face contributes generation from reflected light.
At 1,762 × 1,134 mm it is a residential-format module, sized to fit the rafter spans and roof planes of a standard UK house.
