Atess Battery module 38.4V, 200Ah Capacity 53.76kWh (Pack of 7)
Atess Battery module 38.4V, 200Ah Capacity 53.76kWh (Pack of 7)
ATESS Battery module bulk packs — 7 modules at 38.4 V — 53.76 kWh in one line.
ATESS build these as indoor rack modules: LFP cells in an aluminium shell at over 130 Wh/kg, with a self-developed three-level BMS and both active and passive cell balancing, rated for 6,000 cycles.

About the ATESS Battery module bulk packs
Every module in both ranges stores 7.68 kWh. What differs is how that energy is arranged: the 38.4 V module is twelve cells in series, two in parallel, giving 200 Ah; the 76.8 V module is twenty-four in series, one in parallel, giving 100 Ah. A string is one or the other, never a mixture.
The packs exist because a rack is built from several modules at once. Six modules plus a BPU is the standard ATESS rack at 46.08 kWh, and the larger packs build taller or multiple racks.
Both are rated 0.5C continuous and 1C maximum, which on a 7.68 kWh module is 3.84 kW normal and 7.68 kW at the ceiling.
What is in this package and what it needs
This is a quantity of ATESS 7.68 kWh LFP battery modules bought as one line.
Two module voltages, and they do not mix in a string. The 38.4 V module is 12S2P at 200 Ah; the 76.8 V module is 24S1P at 100 Ah. Both store 7.68 kWh, so the pack energy is the module count times 7.68 kWh in either case.
What the job needs
The details that decide whether this suits the system:
- Every module is 7.68 kWh. Pack energy is the module count times 7.68 kWh.
- 38.4 V module: 12S2P, 200 Ah, 33.6 – 43.8 V, AC internal resistance up to 5 mΩ, up to 76.5 kg.
- 76.8 V module: 24S1P, 100 Ah, 67.2 – 87.6 V, AC internal resistance up to 15 mΩ, up to 76 kg.
- Both are 360 × 285 × 660 mm. Plan the rack space and the lift — each module is about 76 kg.
- Rated charge and discharge is 0.5C; maximum is 1C.
- The ATESS rack is IP20 and indoor, with front maintenance and a 7-inch touch screen on the BPU. A six-module rack plus BPU is 46.08 kWh at 460.8 V, 403.2 – 525.6 V.
- The modules do not mix between voltages in a string.
Where this earns its place
The pack is chosen by module voltage and by how much energy the rack has to hold.

Questions we get asked about this inverter
How much energy is in a pack?
The module count times 7.68 kWh. Every module in both ranges holds the same energy.
What is the difference between the 38.4 V and 76.8 V modules?
The cell arrangement. The 38.4 V module is 12S2P at 200 Ah; the 76.8 V module is 24S1P at 100 Ah. Both store 7.68 kWh.
Can I mix the two voltages?
Not in one string. Choose the voltage that matches the system.
How hard can they be worked?
0.5C rated and 1C maximum — 3.84 kW and 7.68 kW per module.
Can the rack go outside?
No. The ATESS rack is IP20 and indoor.
