Anker SOLIX X1 metering — One meter per single-phase inverter, or the 250 A sensor on three phase.
The Anker SOLIX X1 is an all-in-one storage system built around a 15 cm wide IP66 enclosure with a C5 anti-corrosion rating, internal heating for operation down to −20 °C and 100 % PV over-sizing.
About the Anker SOLIX X1 metering
Before any of that can be put to use the system has to see the property: what is being imported, what is being exported and what the house is drawing. These are the parts that do the seeing.
On a single-phase installation the 100 A CT meter is the standard choice, and it goes with an X1 inverter in a 1:1 ratio — one meter per inverter, not one per system. The wireless version is the same job without the cable run, which is what makes it useful when the board and the inverter are nowhere near each other.
On three phase the 250 A power sensor is the part, sized for a service well beyond what a domestic CT would cover.
What does this fit?
This is the metering an X1 system reads the property from.
Match the metering to the inverter. The 100 A CT meters go with a single-phase X1 inverter in a 1:1 ratio — one meter per inverter. The 250 A power sensor is the three-phase option.

What the job needs
The details that decide whether this suits the system:
- The 100 A CT meters can be added to orders with any single-phase Anker SOLIX X1 inverter in a 1:1 ratio.
- The wireless CT does the same job without a wired run to the inverter.
- The 250 A power sensor is the three-phase option.
- Metering is not optional on a system that has to self-consume, limit export or provide anti-backflow protection.
Where this earns its place
The metering is chosen by the phase and the service size.

Questions we get asked about this inverter
How many CT meters do I need?
One per single-phase X1 inverter — a 1:1 ratio.
What is the difference between the two CT meters?
The wireless version removes the cable run between the meter position and the inverter. Electrically they do the same job.
What do I use on three phase?
The 250 A power sensor.
Is metering optional?
Not on a system that has to self-consume, limit export or provide anti-backflow protection.
