Anker Solix X1-H10K-T 3PH Power Module
Anker SOLIX X1 Power Module, three phase — Three-phase storage in the same 150 mm column, with the CTs and the meter already in the box.
A hybrid inverter does three jobs a string inverter cannot. It converts solar DC to AC; it charges and discharges a battery on the DC side, which avoids the double conversion an AC-coupled battery pays for; and when the grid fails it islands the house and keeps a backup circuit alive from the battery.
About the Anker SOLIX X1 Power Module, three phase
The X1 is a stack rather than a wall box. The power module sits on top of one to six 5 kWh X1-B5-H battery modules on a shared base plate, 150 mm deep, behind covers that make the whole column look like one appliance. It is IP66 and C5 rated for corrosion, and the battery modules are heated, so the system keeps working down to −20 °C rather than refusing to charge on a frosty morning.
The three-phase modules go to 12 kW and take up to 24 kW of PV, with a 140 – 950 V MPPT window that suits long strings. Six units can run in parallel, and the off-grid side delivers up to 20 kVA for ten seconds, which is what starts a three-phase motor.
Which battery does this inverter take?
This inverter takes Anker SOLIX X1-B5-H, LFP.
This model has a battery voltage window of 350 – 450 Vdc.
This rule applies to the Anker SOLIX X1 power modules, single and three phase.
5 kWh per module, 5 to 30 kWh per system (1 to 6 modules). Single phase charge window 390 – 550 Vdc and discharge 370 – 500 Vdc; three phase 350 – 450 Vdc. 3 kW and 7.6 A maximum per module.
What we stock that fits this inverter:
String design, battery limits and what is in the box
The details that decide whether this unit suits the job:
- Battery is the X1-B5-H, 350 – 450 Vdc on this platform, one to six modules, 5 to 30 kWh, 3 kW and 7.6 A per module.
- Two MPP trackers, one string each, 16 A per tracker and 20 A Isc. 1,000 V maximum, 160 V start-up, 140 – 950 V MPPT window.
- PV input goes to 200 % of rated: 16 kW on the 8 kW, 24 kW on the 12 kW.
- Off-grid apparent power is slightly below the on-grid figure — 8.4 kVA on the 8 kW, 10.5 kVA on the 10 kW and 12.6 kVA on the 12 kW — with a 16 to 20 kVA peak for 10 seconds and a switch under 10 ms.
- Up to six power modules in parallel. Maximum AC input is 20 kVA.
- A DTSU 100 A current sensor and three CT clamps are in the box.
- A stack of four or more battery modules must be floor mounted.
- Anker do not support the X1 with a diesel generator anywhere in Europe.
- 30 kg, 670 × 450 × 150 mm, IP66, under 30 dB, −25 °C to +60 °C with derating above +45 °C.
Where this hybrid earns its place
The X1 Power Module, three phase is specified most often for these jobs.

Questions we get asked about this inverter
What is in the box?
A power sensor, three CT clamps, a base plate, side covers, both accessory kits and a Wi-Fi dongle. The DTSU 100 A current sensor is included, so it does not need to be quoted separately.
Which battery?
The Anker X1-B5-H, one to six modules. On the three-phase platform the window is 350 – 450 Vdc. No other battery can be used.
How much can it deliver off grid?
8.4 kVA on the 8 kW, 10.5 kVA on the 10 kW and 12.6 kVA on the 12 kW, with a peak of 16 to 20 kVA for ten seconds and a switch in under 10 ms.
Can I use a generator with it?
Not in Europe. Anker state the combination is not supported here.
Is there a country restriction?
The 12 kW module cannot be installed in Belgium, where its 11 kVA output exceeds the 10 kVA grid limit. The notes on this page say which restriction applies to the model you are looking at.
