Solax Positive Battery Cable for T58 (INV-BAT) - 5M Length is a battery cable — 5 m, positive polarity for the inverter-to-battery run on a SolaX T58 system.

Battery cable is not ordinary cable. The DC side of a storage system runs at low voltage and high current, so conductor size is set by current and by acceptable voltage drop rather than by the load in watts, and the connection has to survive years of thermal cycling without the termination loosening. Undersized or badly terminated battery cable is one of the few faults in a solar installation that can start a fire rather than simply stop working.
