Solis 125kW Hybrid Inverter with 261kWh C5 Battery Cabinet
Solis 125kW Hybrid Inverter with 261kWh C5 Battery Cabinet
Solis EverCore commercial storage — 100 to 261 kWh of LFP behind a 50 to 125 kW hybrid, pre-assembled in one cabinet.
Commercial storage is a different calculation from domestic storage. The question is not whether the evening peak is covered but how much of a site's load profile can be moved, how hard the cabinet can be cycled, and what happens to the rest of the building when the grid goes.
About the Solis EverCore commercial storage
EverCore answers them as one product. The cabinet holds 20.1 kWh LFP packs — five, six or thirteen of them — on a 314 Ah cell rated for 8,000 cycles, and the hybrid inverter is mounted on the cabinet rather than wired to it on site.
It switches between on-grid and off-grid in under 10 ms, which is what makes it usable for critical loads, and holds 1.5 times rated power for ten seconds off-grid.
Protection is the part worth reading twice: aerosol suppression, an explosion relief valve, a fire water inlet and an audible and visual alarm are standard, with a flammable gas detector, explosion relief panel and explosion-proof exhaust fan available on the PRO models.
What does this work with?
This is a commercial all-in-one: a liquid-managed LFP battery cabinet with the hybrid inverter mounted on it.
The inverter and the cabinet are matched and shipped together — an S6-EH3P50K-H or 60K-H on the 100 and 120 kWh systems and an S6-EH3P125K10-NV-YD-H on the 261 kWh. Up to six systems can be paralleled, or ten inverters once the Solis Power Distribution Cabinet is released.
Cabinet, inverter and site
The details that decide whether this suits the system:
- Battery is LFP 3.2 V / 314 Ah in 20.1 kWh packs at 138 kg each; five packs at 100 kWh, six at 120 kWh and thirteen at 261 kWh.
- Rated DC current is 157 A and the maximum cycle rate 0.5 P. Maximum cycle efficiency is 89 %.
- Cabinet temperature control is industrial-grade air conditioning, with air cooling at pack level and intelligent fan cooling on the inverter.
- IP55 cabinet and IP66 inverter. Anti-corrosion is C4 or C5 optional on the cabinet and C5 on the inverter.
- Noise is 70 dB(A) at 1 m on the 100 and 120 kWh systems and 75 dB(A) on the 261 kWh. Site it accordingly.
- Up to six systems in parallel — six inverters or six cabinets — rising to ten inverters once the Solis Power Distribution Cabinet is released.
- −25 to +55 °C operating, 0 to +40 °C storage, ≤95 % non-condensing, 4,000 m.
- The standard cabinet includes cell-level pressure relief valves, pack-level temperature monitoring and aerosol fire suppression. The flammable gas detector, explosion relief panel and explosion-proof exhaust fan are on the PRO models.
Where this earns its place
The EverCore commercial storage is specified most often for these jobs.
Things worth knowing about this listing
- The standard C5 cabinet includes cell-level pressure release valves, pack-level temperature monitoring and aerosol fire suppression. The flammable gas detector, explosion relief panel and explosion-proof exhaust fan are on the PRO models.
- A maximum of six systems can be paralleled — six inverters or six battery cabinets. Solis say ten inverters will be allowed once the Solis Power Distribution Cabinet is released.

Questions we get asked about this inverter
What is the difference between the standard and PRO cabinets?
The PRO adds a flammable gas detector, an explosion relief panel and an explosion-proof exhaust fan to the standard aerosol suppression, pressure relief valves and pack-level temperature monitoring.
How much of the capacity is usable?
99.3 kWh of the 100.5, 119.2 of the 120.6 and 258.3 of the 261.2, measured at 30 to 35 °C and 0.3 C within a month of manufacture.
How many can I parallel?
Six systems — six inverters or six battery cabinets. Solis say ten inverters will be allowed once the Power Distribution Cabinet is released.
How quickly does it switch to backup?
Under 10 ms, and it holds 1.5 times rated power for ten seconds off-grid on the 50 and 60 kW machines.
Is it noisy?
70 dB(A) at one metre on the 100 and 120 kWh systems and 75 dB(A) on the 261 kWh — it has industrial air conditioning in it.
