The LONGi Hi-MO X10 Artist HPBC 54 Cell All Black MC4-EVO2, rated 475 W, is offered here as Grade B stock — a solar panel built on HPBC back-contact cells. LONGi's HPBC back-contact cells carry no front-side busbars, so the whole front surface collects light and the module presents a uniform face.

What Grade B means

Grade B panels are electrically sound modules that carry minor cosmetic marks — scratches, blemishes or small dents to the frame or glass — picked up in transit or handling. They are sold at a discount to the same module in A-grade condition, which makes them worth considering for outbuildings, workshops, barns, ground mounts, off-grid systems and any array where cost per watt matters more than appearance.

About the Hi-MO X10 range

Hi-MO X10 is LONGi's high-end residential platform. LONGi rates the HPBC 2.0 cell for higher generation from the same area, a gridline-free low-glare face, and an anti-shading function that limits localised overheating where part of the array is shaded.

Have questions?

Almost any modern string inverter will run it - what matters is the string design. Check the panel's Voc and Isc in the Technical Specifications against your inverter's MPPT voltage window and maximum input current, or send us your inverter model and we'll size it for you.

Divide your inverter's maximum input voltage by the panel's open-circuit voltage (Voc), then leave headroom - Voc rises as temperature falls, so size for the coldest morning rather than the average day.

Panels ship with their factory leads fitted; the connector type and cable length are both listed in the Technical Specifications. Extension leads and additional connectors are ordered separately.

Bypass diodes limit the loss to the affected section rather than the whole panel. Where shading is persistent, panel-level optimisers or micro-inverters recover considerably more yield - ask us and we'll spec it.
