T30 Battery BMS

SolaX T30 battery BMS — One BMS, one to four Triple Power 3.0 modules.

A Triple Power 3.0 stack is modules on a base with the BMS managing them. The MC0600 is that BMS, and one of them carries a stack of one to four HV10230 modules.

Overview

About the SolaX T30 battery BMS

The cells are LiFePO4 at 30 Ah, rated beyond 6,000 cycles, with no toxic heavy metals or caustic materials, and the unit is IP65 with low self-consumption.

Working range is −30 to +50 °C, which is wider at the cold end than most and useful on an unheated garage wall.

For stacking configurations, the T30 technical schematic on this listing is the reference — not a general rule of thumb.

Compatibility

What does this fit?

This is the management unit a Triple Power 3.0 stack is built on.

One MC0600 manages one to four HV10230 Triple Power 3.0 battery modules. It is the T30 platform's own BMS and does not interchange with the T58 line.

What the job needs

The details that decide whether this suits the system:

  • One MC0600 manages one to four HV10230 Triple Power 3.0 modules.
  • Working temperature −30 to +50 °C. IP65. Cycle life over 6,000.
  • See the T30 technical schematic on this listing for the battery stacking configuration.
  • The BMS Parallel Box G2 does not extend a T30 stack. It is a T58 product and both of its configurations require the T58 master battery, HV-T-BAT-H-58-MASTER-V2, which a T30 stack does not have.
  • For a three- or four-module T30 stack, the T-BAT-3-4-BASE-KIT supplies the base, wall plate, top cover and the longer cables.

Things worth knowing about this listing

These notes come from us and from the manufacturer, and they are the ones that most often cause a problem after delivery:
  • One MC0600 can be connected to one to four HV10230 Triple Power 3.0 batteries. See the T30 technical schematic on this listing for the battery stacking configuration.
  • The SOLAX BMS Parallel Box G2 will not extend a T30 stack. It is a T58 product and both of its configurations require the T58 master battery, HV-T-BAT-H-58-MASTER-V2.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we get asked about this inverter

How many batteries will it manage?

One to four HV10230 Triple Power 3.0 modules.

Can I use the BMS Parallel Box G2 to extend a T30 stack?

No. The Parallel Box G2 is a T58 product and both of its configurations require the T58 master battery, HV-T-BAT-H-58-MASTER-V2. A T30 stack has no T58 master, so the Parallel Box cannot extend it.

What is the working temperature range?

−30 to +50 °C.

Where do I find the stacking configuration?
