This multipole surge arrester comes with inbuilt three-step DC switching device.

The 3 DIN module rail mounted type 2 surge device is for the protection of 600V DC inputs of invertors.

It also has the patented SCI function for safe electrical isolation and preventing fire due to DC arcs.

This device meets prEN 50539-11.

It needs to be installed near to the invertor inputs or in combiner boxes.

It can only be used when the separation distance from a fitted LPS is met.
